A Love Letter to San Francisco
San Francisco Engagement Shoot

Ah San Francisco! My love for this amazing city only continues to grow. Once I start to think I know everything about it goes on to surprise me. My engagement shoot with Jen and Edward is a testament to this.

I know North Beach is chalked full of stairways that make it nearly impossible to directly drive through, with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay. But I did not know about the Vallejo Street Stairwell, nestled in at Montgomery and Vallejo Street. A true gem when it comes to urban gardens.

We also visited Hotaling Place, which was originally called Jones alley,  a small street that runs between Jackson and Washington Streets. The original shoreline of San Francisco Bay was located where Hotaling Place is today. Jen works in the Transamerica Pyramid, located on the south end of Hotaling Place, so we made sure to include the epic building in the shoot. Enjoy!
